The Snow Ban will be in effect between February 8th - 10th. No overnight parking will be allowed during this time. 10.24.030 - All night parking and parking during and after snow storm—Prohibited. A. It is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park a vehicle on any street for a period of time longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The chief of police or his or her designee is authorized to grant exceptions to this regulation for a period not to exceed four hours. B. It is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on any street during or following a snow storm, after an accumulation of one inch or more of snow, until such time as the street has been plowed and cleared of snow by the village snow-plowing personnel. After the plowing, if snowfall continues and there is an additional accumulation of snow of one inch or more in depth, it is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on any street until the village snow-plowing personnel again plows and clears the street of snow.
