Parking is prohibited on City streets from 2:00 am and 6:00 am on any day.  Permission to park may be automatically provided through this service for a maximum of three days in any three month period. No permission is granted during any snow emergency in which 2 inches of snow accumulates within a 24 hour period.  Exemptions to these policies may be approved by directly contacting a respresentative of the police department at 216-491-1220.
