The Rumford Police Department values your feedback. This portal is provided for citizens to submit compliments or complaints regarding our employees and services. Submissions are reviewed during normal business hours and may take up to 48 hours to process. If you have a complaint that needs immediate attention, call 207-364-4551 or visit the Rumford PD at 150 River Street in Rumford and ask to speak with a supervisor.

 

All submissions are reviewed in accordance with department policy and applicable accreditation standards. Please be advised that it is unlawful to knowingly file a false report or complaint. False statements may be subject to criminal prosecution under Maine law. Citizens are strongly encouraged to bring forward any genuine concerns or commendations without fear of retaliation.
