OVERNIGHT PARKING

***PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR OVERNIGHT PARKING REQUEST*** Overnight parking is prohibited on City streets from 2:00 am till 6:00 am. Permission to park may be automatically provided through this service for a maximum of three (3) days in a row. No more than six (6) days will be approved in a month. Requests for parking permission should be for temporary conditions. This permission only applies to “Overnight Parking” on public streets. Any other parking prohibitions remain in place regardless of this automated permission. As an example, this parking permission is not valid for private parking lots, school lots, private streets, commercial vehicles, snow bans, parking in front of hydrants, blocking other driveways, and many more potential violations. Any patterns of abuse will result in permission being cancelled. Any requests for exceptions to these rules must be made by calling (440)248-1234 and speaking to someone at the Police Department. Failure to follow these guidelines or report accurate information may result in citations being issued.
